10:28 PM 11/15/2007 two days ago i gave august a pill so i could take him to the vet and they could empty his glands without hurting his back/.
well..i gave him the pill an hour before getting him in the car///actually
putting him in the car//. he was asleep as a doornail/.
i carried him to the car as though he wasa wet dishrag..a snoring wet dishrag/. that was around 2pm day before yesterday/.
he slept all that day before and after the doctor's appointment until this afternoon sometime/.he slept straight through all the time without waking up/.it's obvious that he didn't remember how he got to mom's and dad's/.
he seemed extremely disoriented,but not from age...it was obvious it was because lst he remembered ,he was at home ,sleeping behind the chair i was sitting,while watching tv/.
suddenly he's at mom's and dad's and maybe even his bottom hurt a bit from having a finger poked up it the day before/.
also i believe his mouth was dry from not drinking any water and i belive his tummy was empty cause he hadn't eaten as well/.
also he hadn't gone potty all that time!!/.no water,no food and no potty for two days straight while he slept without waking up even once/.
we came home tonight/.
he seems to be totally out right now/. i think he's glad to be home/.
no plans..i'm sleepy tired,but i need to get my hours adjusted again from 6am to 2pm--i was doing real good there for a very very short while///til the dog had to go to the vet..even then i was okay..when he wouldn't wake up after several hours i began to be concerened and even when i found that he was alright and would sleep probably all that night and possibally the next day too..i was still concerned and wanted to be there when he woke up!!
i went home for a while and left the august at mom's and dad's.i came home and slept for a few hours last night and my mom said she was up all night with him (til about 1 am or something)because while i was gone ,he woke up and i guess he cried and had a fit because i was gone when he woke up..mom said he had a coniption fit,walking around watching the door,walking back and forth and whining for me..i came back at something like 3:30 almost 4am .mom had i guess just gone to bed before i got there..apparantly/.
my mom said august literally acted as though i'd abaoned him/.
that made me feel terrible..he's been upset like that before,but it's been a long time since i've seen him act like that/.especially when he's around other people..usually he's fine as long as he's at lest with mom and dad while i'm gone/.
but he's my baby//...i'd die if anything ever happened to him/.
and he'd die also if anything ever happened to me//believe me //he would/.
synopsis:
